恒温雷火灸联合中医养生文化指导在胃脘痛患者健康管理中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of constant temperatureThunder-Fire moxibustion combined with health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in health management of patient with gastralgia. Methods  Totally 200 patients with spleen-stomach Qi-deficiency type gastralgia were assigned to the study group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. All patients were given routine treatment and health education. The control group received conventional Thunder-Fire moxibustion, while the study group was applied with constant temperature Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with health preservation of TCM. Results  The clinical effect of treatment was higher in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the study group were more satisfied and compliant to the TCM treatment and health education compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Constant temperature Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with health preservation of TCM is potentially effective in treatment and health management of patient with gastralgia.
