中医情志护理对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的干预效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients. Methods   Totally 84 breast cancer patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care and intervention based on TCM, and the TCM emotional care was carried out in the observation group additionally. The cancer-related fatigue of patients was evaluated by using cancer fatigue scale(CFS). Results   The CFS score in the observation group was lower than that of controls at 2 weeks after intervention(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CFS score before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion   TCM emotional nursing can effectively alleviate cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer patients.
