床边康复仪器在神经外科偏瘫患者功能锻炼中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of bedside rehabilitation equipment on functional exercise in patients with hemiplegia. Methods  Totally 118 patients with hemiplegia treated with neurosurgery were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine rehabilitation exercise, and the exercise based on bedside rehabilitation equipment were carried out in the observation group. The level of blood indexes, Fugl-Meyer score and Activity of daily living(Barthel index)were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results  Levels of hematocrit and blood contrast viscosity were better improved in the observation group than those of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher score of Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index compared with those in the control group after functional exercise(P<0.05). Conclusion  Application of exercise based on bedside rehabilitation equipment can improve the hemodynamic status and motor function of patients with hemiplegia.
