急性期卒中单元康复护理干预对急性大脑中动脉闭塞患者预后的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention of stroke units on patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion in acute stage. Methods Totally 37 cases of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion within 24 h of onset were randomly divided into stroke nursing group(n=18)and routine nursing group(n=19 ). The neurological function was assessed by using National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)at admission and 14 d after treatment. Patients were followed up and investigated by using modified Rankin Scale(mRS)90 days after discharge. Results   At 14 d after treatment, the NIHSS score in the stroke nursing group was(9.72±1.07)and was(11.28±1.49)in the routine nursing group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). After 90 days follow-up, the mRS stroke in stroke nursing group was(1.92 ±0.80), which was lower than(4.08 ± 1.00)in the routine nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion  For the patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion, the rehabilitation nursing intervention of acute stroke unit can improve the self-care ability and the prognosis of the patients.
