优化护理流程在精神科病房护理管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the optimized nursing procedure in nursing care of patients from psychiatry ward.Methods The nursing procedure based on hospitalization flow was carried out in the psychiatry ward. Totally 76 patients selected between January, 2014 and June, 2014 and 78 patients selected between July, 2014 and December, 2014were assigned to the control group and the observation group respectively. The quality of nursing, satisfaction degree of patients and medication compliance were evaluated and compared between two groups.ResultsThe score of nursing quality assessment was higher after implementation of optimized nursing procedure than that before implementation(P<0.01). Patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction degree and medication compliance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Optimized nursing procedure is an effective tool to improve the nursing quality and medication compliance in psychiatry ward.
