多科室联合护理查房的临床实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To improve the sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds and the quality of nursing rounds by reform the mode in nursing wards round. Methods  A kind of multidisciplinary nursing ward round was implemented bimonthly for 24 months. During each ward round, the illness condition and nursing needs of patients were discussed and tailored addressed based on the perspectives of different disciplines/departments. The quality of nursing rounds and sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds were measured by two self-designed questionnaires, and the data was collected at the baseline(before the new model of nursing round)and 24 months after the implementation of the new nursing round model. Results  After 24 months’ implementation of multidisciplinary nursing ward rounds, the sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds were improved(P<0.05), which included their professional knowledge, service awareness, ability of analyzing and solving problems, communication skills, understanding of the latest professional information, understanding of the continuous nursing, cooperation between different disciplines/departments. The quality of nursing rounds was improved as well(P<0.05)after 24 months’ implementation of multidisciplinary nursing ward rounds. Conclusion  The multidisciplinary nursing ward rounds can improve the sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds and the quality of nursing rounds.
