加速康复外科胃癌患者出院体验的质性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the gastric cancer patients’ pre-and postoperative experience on discharge when participating in enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)and provide reference and basis for improving surgical nursing and continuity care programmes. Methods   The phenomenological methodology was applied to face-to-face and telephone interviews with 15 patients with gastric cancer. Results   Four themes were extracted,including clear rehabilitation goals and plans; expected to discharge, but the existence of role conflict and dependence on psychology; outside the hospital to cope with the weak, eager to get support; positive response, maintain optimistic mentality. Conclusion  It is required to fully assess the patients' discharge preparation and to ensure effective communication between healthcare system and patients. it is also important to provide individualized guidance and establish a professional continuity care system to improve the patients' early discharge experience.
