电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing experience in removal of intestinal polyp under electronic colonoscope.Methods Totally 122 patients undergoing removal of intestinal polyp under electronic colonoscope were selected and given careful preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions. The postoperative condition of patients was observed.Results There were 12 cases suffering from pain due to bigger polyp diameter, 4 cases encountering hemorrhage caused by bowel movements after operation. The rest of patients had no obvious discomforts, and discharged from hospital after 2 h in clinic observation room.Conclusion Removal of intestinal polyp under electronic colonoscope is safe and reliable. Careful preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions are conductive to reduce the postoperative complications, and provide a guarantee for surgical completion.
