加味桃仁承气汤联合护理干预对胸腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀便秘的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of supplemented Taoren Chengqi decoction and related nursing intervention on abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods 〓A total of 51 patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture were divided into the control group(n=23)and the study group(n=28). Both two groups received routine care during treatment, and the study group was given supplemented Taoren Chengqi decoction. The abdominal distension and constipation condition were observed in both two groups after intervention. Results 〓The intervention efficacy in reliving abdominal distension was better in the study group than that of controls(71.4% vs. 30.4%, P<0.05). The overall effective rate in reliving abdominal distension was 92.9% in the study group than 56.5% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Supplemented Taoren Chengqi decoction and related nursing intervention can effective relief the abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture.
