音乐疗法在静脉留置针穿刺输液患儿中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy in relieving the pain caused by venous indwelling needle puncture in infant. Methods   Totally 100 infants aged between 2 months and 6 months were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Infants in both two groups received venous indwelling needle puncture and routine care, and the music therapy was carried out in the observation additionally. The pain caused by puncture was assessed by modified behavior pain scale(MBPS), and the success rate of puncture was compared between two groups. Results   The MBPS score was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in success rate of puncture(P>0.05). Conclusion   Application of music therapy is potentially effective to relieve pain degree of infant with venous indwelling needle puncture.
