银离子抗菌敷料治疗老年患者Ⅲ期压疮的疗效及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of antimicrobial silver ion dressing in treatment of stage Ⅲ pressure scores and to summarize related nursing measures.Methods A total of 46 elderly patients with stage Ⅲ pressure scores were enrolled and treated with antimicrobial silver ion dressing. The healing status of pressure ulcer was observed.Results Of 46 patients, 39 cases were completely cured, 4 cases with partial efficacy, 2 patients were discharged without cure, 1 case was dead due to septic shock. The cure rate was 84.8%( 39/46)and the effective rate was 93.5 %( 39/46). There was no adverse reaction during nursing process.Conclusion It is effective to use antibiotic silver ion dressing in treatment of stage Ⅲ pressure sores. Debridement and pressure ulcer prophylaxis by nurses are necessary for wound healing.
