穴位敷贴配合舒适护理在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of acupoint application combined with comfort nursing intervention in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 〓Totally 70 patients with allergic rhinitis were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. Both two groups received antihistamine drug and glucocorticoid, and the acupoint application combined with comfort nursing interventions was carried out in the observation group. To evaluate the clinical effect of intervention and to observe the rhinitis recurrence in both two groups. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention was 94.3%(33/35)in the observation group and was 71.4%(25/35)in the control group(P<0.05). There were 6 case(17.1%)of rhinitis recurrence in the observation group and 27 cases(77.1%)of rhinitis recurrence in the control group during follow-up, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of acupoint application combined with comfort nursing intervention can improve the treatment efficacy of allergic rhinitis and to reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
