双心护理模式在提高冠心病患者服药依从性中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of psycho-cardiology nursing mode on medication compliance of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Totally 78 CHD patients were included received psycho-cardiology nursing mode during treatment. The medication compliance was evaluated before and after implementation of intervention. Results The medication compliance rate was increased from 71.79% before implementation of nursing to 98.71% after implementation of intervention. Conclusion Psycho-cardiology nursing mode is a potentially effective way of improving the medication compliance of CHD patients.
