腋式拐杖与框架式助行器对人工股骨头置换术后患者髋关节功能的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of axillary crutches and frame-type walking aids on the function of hip joint after artificial femoral head replacement. Methods Totally 64 patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were selected as the control group from March, 2012 to March 2014. Another 64 patients were included as the observation group from April 2014 to April 2016. Patients in the control group used a frame-type walker, and patients in the observation group used axillary crutches at postoperative and rehabilitation period. The hip joint function, prostheses migration and loosening were assessed at 6 months after operation. Results The Harris hip joint functional score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The decline of prostheses migration and incidence of prostheses loosening were lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the frame-type walking aids, the application of axillary crutch can effectively improve the rehabilitation of hip function and reduce the risk of prostheses migration and loosening after artificial femoral head replacement.
