品管圈活动在提高普外科年轻护士综合素质中的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality control cycle(QCC)activity on improvement of comprehensive quality in junior nurses form general surgery department.Methods To set up the QCC group and to determine the theme as improvement of comprehensive quality in junior nurses form general surgery department. Resolutions were carried out based on the investigation and evaluation the current status and analysis of the factors. The failure rate of exam on nursing skills was compared before and after implementation of QCC activity.Results The failure rate dropped from 27.0% before implementation of QCC activity to 9.1% after QCC activities, with a goal achievement rate of 107.0% and progress rate of 66.2%.Conclusion QCC activities is an effective tool to improve the comprehensive quality in junior nurses form general surgery department.
