自制眼罩式冰袋在外眼术后患者护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of self-made eyeshade-shaped ice bag and traditional ice pack in postoperative care of patients after external ocular surgery. Methods 〓Totally 74 patients who needed ice compress after eye surgery were divided into observation group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional ice pack, and the observation group was treated with self-made eyeshade-shaped ice pack for ice compress after external eye surgery. To evaluate the patient compliance, convenience, comfort, fixation, satisfaction and other index related to ice pack usage by questionnaires. Results 〓The score in assessment of patient compliance, convenience, comfort, fixation and satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The use of self-made eyeshade-shaped ice bag after external eye surgery can improve the comfort of the patients, and improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
