彩色多普勒超声辅助疑难自体动静脉内瘘穿刺的应用价值

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound assisted puncture in difficult site of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in hemodialysis. Methods 〓Totally 32 patients with difficult site of AVF were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 16 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional puncture method, and the observation group used color Doppler ultrasound to assist the fistula puncture. The success rate of one-time puncture was compared between two groups. Results 〓In the observation group, 16 cases of difficult site of AVF were all successfully punctured, no hematoma and other complications occurred. In the control group, there were 5 cases of unsuccessful puncture at first time, with a significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of color Doppler ultrasound to assist the difficult site of AVF puncture can improve the success rate of one time puncture and find the potential risk of complications as soon as possible.
