品管圈活动在病区备用注射剂管理中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity in management of alternative injection medicine. Methods 〓To set up the QCC group and to analyze the potential reasons of disqualification in management of alternative injection medicine. The improvement in management of alternative injection medicine was evaluated after six months’ QCC activities. Results 〓the disqualification rate of alternative injection medicine dropped from 14.5% before implementation of QCC activities to 4.7 % after QCC activities, with target achievement rate of 107% and progress rate of 67.6%. Conclusion 〓QCC activities is an effective tool to improve the quality in managing alternative injection medicine. It is also potential to enhance the working ability and innovation of QCC group members.
