儿童窝沟封闭术的四手操作配合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the four-handed technique and related nursing cooperation in pit and fissure sealants in pediatric dentistry. Methods 〓This study included 36 children receiving pit and fissure sealants. The psychological care according to the operation process and age characteristic was carried out before operation. The four-handed technique was carried out and postoperative health education was provided. Results 〓All 36 children(93 permanent molar teeth)received seal efficacy after receiving four-handed technique. The sealants were well preserved in all pit and fissure at 3, 6 and 12 months after operation. Conclusion 〓It is necessary to enhance the four-handed technique and related nursing cooperation in pit and fissure sealants in pediatric dentistry, so as to improve the sealants preservation and sealing effects.
