跌倒风险动态评估在急诊内科眩晕患者护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of fall risk dynamic assessment in nursing care of patients with vertigo. Methods 〓Totally 146 patients with vertigo were assigned to the observation group and the control group, Given the dropout, 63 patients were included for the further analysis in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and nursing intervention based on fall risk dynamic assessment was performed in the observation group. The score of UCLA Dizziness Questionnaire(UCLA-DQ), Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and incidence of falls were compared between two groups. Results 〓The score of UCLA-DQ was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The score of BBS was increased in both two groups after intervention, and was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01). The incidence of falls was 3.17%(2/63)in the observation group and was 14.29%(9/63)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Nursing intervention based on fall risk dynamic assessment can improve the balance function of patients with vertigo and reduce the risk of falls.
