改良俯卧位在侧路椎间孔镜手术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the application value of modified prone position in transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Methods  Totally 160 patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic surgery were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. The normal prone position was adopted in the control group, and the modified prone position(tailstock downward at a 60-degree angle)was adopted in the observation group. The intraoperative blood loss, operation duration and frequency of X-ray under C-arm were observed. Results  The operation was successfully completed in both two groups. There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between two groups(P>0.05). The operation duration and frequency of X-ray under C-arm in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Application of modified prone position may ensure the success of transforaminal endoscopic surgery.
