品管圈活动在神经内科患者入院健康教育中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)activity in health education for neurological patients at hospital admission.Methods To set up the QCC group and to analyze the potential influential issues of health education at hospital admission. The nursing countermeasures were provided.Results The awareness rate of health education at hospital admission was 98.00%(196/200)after implementation of QCC activity, which was higher than 72.50%(145/200)of that before implementation of QCC activity, with a goal achievement rate of 103.16%. Group members achieved an improvement in problem-soloing, responsibility, cooperation and communication, confidence, group cohesiveness, initiatives, QCC tools and harmonious degree.Conclusion QCC activity is an effective tool to improve the awareness rate of health education for neurological patients at hospital admission. It also can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses.
