四妙勇安汤联合负压封闭引流技术在下肢溃疡中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Simiao Yong'an decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage dressing(VSD)for patients with ulcer of lower extremity, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods  To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of patients with ulcer of lower extremity. All patients received Simiao Yong'an decoction combined with VSD and related nursing care. Results  After 7 to 10 days treatment and nursing care, more granulation tissue grew and local tissue was repaired well, without wound exudates. All patients recovered and discharged without any secondary infection. Conclusion  Application of Simiao Yong'an decoction combined with VSD can improve the wound healing and reduce the risk of secondary infection in patients with ulcer of lower extremity. It is also required to carry out targeted nursing intervention on drainage tube, pain control, diet and exercise.
