单病种护理质量标准在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of single-disease nursing standard on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 〓Totally 134 hospitalized T2DM patients were recruited as the research subjects. The clinical nursing pathway and health education was carried out in a single-disease nursing standard. The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)were monitored at admission and at discharge. The quality of diabetes care was evaluated. Results 〓The level of FBG and 2hPBG were decreased at discharge and three months after discharge compared with those at admission(P<0.05). In terms of nursing quality, there was an improvement in management of hypoglycemia, drug compliance, insulin injection, dietary and exercise in all patients at discharge and three months after discharge. Conclusion 〓Clinical nursing pathway and health education based on single-disease nursing standard is potentially effective to control the blood glucose level in T2DM patients. It also shows advantages in preventing hypoglycemia and improving the treatment compliance.
