中西医结合健康教育在2型糖尿病管理中的应用体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the experiences of integrated Chinese and western medicine health education in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods  A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus received integrated Chinese and western medicine health education, including interventions on dietary, living habits, exercise and acupoint massage. Results  All patients achieved a decreased level of hemoglobin A1c after receiving oral hypoglycemic agent and integrated Chinese and western medicine health education. Conclusion  Integrated Chinese and western medicine health education can enhance the self-protection consciousness and skills of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
