中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of integrated tradition Chinese and western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitis and to summarize the nursing measures.Methods A total of 42 patients with acute severe pancreatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 21 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received Western medicine therapy, while the patients in the treatment group were given integrated tradition Chinese and western medicine. The clinical outcome indicators including length of stay, time to intestinal function recovery, time to abdominal distension remission and use of analgesics were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the treatment group had a earlier time to intestinal function recovery and abdominal distension remission, shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The integrative western and Chinese medicine therapy is effective to improve the rehabilitation of patients with acute pancreatitis. It is also required to carry out nursing interventions on issues such as psychological status and rehabilitation.
