PDCA循环法在提高护士三基理论知识中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the PDCA circulation in improving the knowledge level of “three-basic” theory in nurses. Methods  The PDCA circulation method was carried out in appraisal management of “three-basic” training for nurses from minimal invasive center. The training plan was made according to the analysis of potential factors affecting the knowledge level of “three-basic” theory in nurses. Results  The qualified rate in three-basic” theoretical examination was increased from 29% before implementation of PDCA circulation to 100.0% after implementation. Conclusion  PDCA circulation is an effective way to improve the knowledge level of “three-basic” theory in nurses.
