综合护理干预在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in surgery of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 73 pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into the observation group(n=37)and control group(n=36). Both two groups received routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group. The lasting time of postoperative stress, time for anal exhaust and length of stay were recorded. The adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of parents to nursing service were evaluated.Results The lasting time of postoperative stress, time for anal exhaust and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower and the satisfaction degree of parents was higher in the observation group than those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate the rehabilitation of children with indirect inguinal hernia undergoing surgery treatment.
