PDCA循环在急性期脑卒中患者体位护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of PDCA circulation in position care for acute stage stroke patients. Methods 〓Totally 90 acute stage stroke patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional care and early stage rehabilitation exercise, and the PDCA circulation was carried out to improve the quality of position care in the observation group. The awareness of family members on anti-spasticity position and the compliance of taking anti-spasticity position were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓There were significant differences in the cognition of families members on anti-spasticity position in the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.05), and was better improved in family members of patients from the observation group than those of patients from control group(P<0.01). The compliance rate of taking anti-spasticity position was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓PDCA circulation can improve the compliance of taking anti-spasticity position in acute stage stroke patients.
