舒适护理减轻肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention on alleviating postoperative pain of patient with crissum abscess.Methods A total of 120 patient with crissum abscess were assigned to the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60). Both two groups received routine nursing after surgery, and the comfort nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The pain degree after operation and general comfort were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation had a lower score of numeric pain rating scale(NRS )compared with that of controls at 4, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after operation(P<0.05 or P<0.01). the overall comfort degree in the observation group was 78.3%(47/60), which was higher than 48.3%(29/60)of controls(P<0.01).Conclusion It is effective to carry out comfort nursing intervention to alleviate postoperative pain of patient with crissum abscess.
