肺结核合并矽肺的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with silicosis.Methods A total of 38 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with silicosis were included in this study. All patients received comprehensive treatment and high quality nursing interventions on ward environment, oxygen therapy and airway care, complications, pulmonary function, mental health, family member guidance, isolation measures and post-hospital education. The clinical curative effect was observed and related nursing measures were summarized.Results Of 38 patients, 25 cases with complete remissions, 11 cases with partial remission and 2 cases with non-remission, with a over effective rate of 94.7%.Conclusion It is required to carry out high quality nursing interventions for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with silicosis, in order to improve the prognosis of disease.
