优质护理干预在便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing Intervention on bowel preparation of patients with constipation during colonoscopy. Methods 〓A total of 82 patients with constipation undergoing colonoscopy were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the high quality nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The bowel cleaning effect and satisfaction degree on nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The qualified rate of bowel cleaning in the observation group was higher than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓high quality nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the bowel preparation quality patients with constipation during colonoscopy.
