中医综合护理对血液透析患者并发症及生活质量的干预效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observer the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on complication and quality of life in patients with hemodialysis. Methods 〓Totally 120 patients undergoing hemodialysis were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care during hemodialysis, and the comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out in the observation group. The hemodialysis-related complications were observed, and the quality of life of patients was evaluated by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)at 3 and 6 months after intervention. Results 〓The incidence of hemodialysis-related complications was 6.7%(4/60)in the observation group and was 16.7%(10/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved a higher score of SF-36 assessment compared with those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is potentially effective to prevent the hemodialysis-related complications and improve the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis.
