情景模拟教学法提高全科医学生护理操作的教学研究
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the rationality of the scenario simulation method in teaching of nursing practice and its best teaching mode for class with different number of students. Methods  Scenario simulation methods including brief theory teaching, scenario simulation and summarize and experiment skill practice were provided to 31 medical undergraduates of Grade 2011 and 67students of Grade 2012. Investigation teaching effect was carried out by using self-made questionnaires. Results  The students of Grade 2011 considered the teaching mode could promote learning initiative and independence(100.00%), enhance the key point and enlarge the scope of knowledge(100%), control of theoretical knowledge and practice skills(100.00%), enhance teamwork spirit(94.12%)and clinical thinking ability(94.12%). Students in Grade 2012 had a great improvement in assessment outcome after receiving scenario simulation method for three school hours(P<0.05). Conclusion  The applications of scenario simulation teaching method provides a way to improve the comprehensive abilities of general practice students. Teaching details should be adjusted according the number of the students in class.
