乳果糖联合结肠水疗在肝性脑病患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of lactulose combined with colon hydrotherapy in nursing care of patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods  Totally 60 patients with hepatic encephalopathy were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, Both two groups received comprehensive treatment and nursing care, and the lactulose oral solution was give to promote the defecation. In addition, the colon hydrotherapy was carried out in the observation group. The central nervous system symptoms, level of blood ammonia and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results  The overall rate of improvement in central nervous system symptoms was 86.7% in the observation group and was70.0% in the control group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). The level of blood ammonia was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). There was no significant in incidence of adverse reaction between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion  Lactulose combined with colon hydrotherapy is an effective way of promoting defecation and reducing level of blood ammonia in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
