以信息化手段为基础的肠造口患者延续性护理应用实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of information-based continuous nursing interventions for patients with enterostomy. Methods 〓A total of 176 post-enterostomy patients were recruited. They were organized to watch videos and read handbooks about ostomy care, as well as receiving healthy education before discharge. The professional guidance and help after discharge by information means such as telephone, WeChat and QQ were provided. Results 〓A total of 134 patients had consulted due to discomfort or complications of stoma, with self-treating rate up to 73.1%(98/134)under the guidance of enterostomal therapists. Conclusion 〓Information-based continuous nursing is potentially effective to promote the capacity of patients and their families in management of post-enterostomy complciaitons.
