高龄髋关节周围骨折患者应用“六维护理模式”的体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management based on Six-Dimensional nursing mode for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 31 elderly patients with hip fracture, and to analysis the related nursing measures.Results All 31 cases patients discharged with favorable prognosis. There was No serious postoperative complication observed.Conclusion Nursing management based on Six-Dimensional nursing mode is an potentially effective way of improving rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.
