前瞻性护理干预管理对脑外科全麻术后便秘的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of prospective nursing on constipation in neurosurgical patients with general anaesthesia.Methods A total of 198 neurosurgical patients with general anaesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 99 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the prospective nursing intervention was applied in the study group. The constipation condition and quality of life after operation was compared between two groups.Results The overall efficacy rate of improving constipation was 94.9%(94/99)in the study group and was 85.8%(85/99)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the study group had a higher score of WHO QOL-100 compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The prospective nursing can decrease the constipation rate and improve life quality of patients with general anaesthesia.
