全髋关节置换术中保温护理改善患者低体温及凝血功能的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative heat-preservation nursing on low temperature and Blood coagulation function in patients with total hip joint replacement. Methods  A total of 72 patients undergoing unilateral total hip joint replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 36 cases in each group. All the patients were given routine care, and the observation group received heat-preservation nursing additionally. The nasopharyngeal temperature(NPT)during operation was recorded. The prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), and fibrinogen(FIB)were observed before and after operation. Results   The control group had lower NPT than that of the observation group 30 min after the anesthetic(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in PT、TT、APTT and FIB before and after operation in the observation group(P>0.05). Patients in the control group had a higher PT、TT、APTT and level of FIB after operation compared with those before operation(P<0.05). Conclusion   Heat-preservation nursing can effectively reduce the incidences of low temperature and protect blood coagulation function in patients with total hip joint replacement.
