优质护理服务在健康体检中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of higher quality nursing in health examination.Methods A total of 1 000 people undergoing health examination were assigned to the observation group and the control group according to the examination sequence, with 500 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care while the observation group was applied with high quality nursing intervention. The satisfaction degree on nursing service was evaluated by self-made questionnaires.Results The observation group had a higher satisfaction rate on health examination process, nursing operation, service attitude, hospital guide, health education and environmental health compared with that of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high quality nursing can improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of people receiving health examination.
