定位推拿联合关节松动术治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of local-Tuina combined with joint mobilization technique(JMT)and far-infrared physiotherapy paste(FIRPP)on the hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke. Methods 〓Totally 52 patients with the hemiplegic shoulder pain due to long head of biceps brachii(LHBB)lesion were randomly divided into the control group(JMT and FIRPP)and the treatment group(local-Tuina combined with JMT and FIRPP), with 26 cases in each group. All patients received treating for five days a week, over eight weeks. The clinical effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and passive range of motion(PROM)in the two groups before treatment and after eight weeks of treatment. Results 〓After eight weeks of treatment, the scores of VAS and PROM were improved in both groups(P<0.05)and with a better improvement in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in control group(92.63% vs. 83.47%). Conclusion 〓The local-Tuina combined with JMT and FIRPP could is more effective in decreasing shoulder pain of stroke patients, and instrumental in improving shoulder range of motion.
