显微镜下睾丸切开取精术的围手术期护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management in microdissection testicular sperm extraction(TEST). Methods 〓Totally 337 patients with azoospermatism undergoing microdissection TEST were included in this study. The perioperative nursing management was carried out, including health education, psychological intervention, intraoperative coordination, postoperative care and follow-up. Results 〓Of 337 patients, 160 cases with successful sperm retrieval were given assisted reproductive technology of intracytoplasmic sperm injection, another 177 with unsuccessful sperm retrieval required further treatment. Conclusion 〓Nursing management at perioperative period is the guarantee of successful microdissection TEST in patients with azoospermatism.
