骨科患者受压部位皮肤损伤的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management of injury induced by prolonged pressure on the skin in patients with orthopedic disease. Methods 〓To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 149 orthopedic patients with community-acquired injury induced by prolonged pressure on the skin, and to summarize related nursing countermeasures. Results 〓Of 149 patients with injury induced by prolonged pressure, 144 cases with fully recovery of injured skin, 27 cases with partially healed of injured skin, 8 cases with unhealed wound required further treatment. Conclusion 〓It is require to enhance the education on prevention of skin injure, and carry out individualized nursing care to reduce the risk of secondary injury of prolonged pressured skin.
