鼻咽癌放化疗致口腔黏膜炎的综合护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with grade 3 oral mucositis induced by chemo-radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 76 patients with grade 3 oral mucositis induced by chemo-radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 38 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine oral care and the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The recovery condition of oral mucositis was compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had shorter pain relief time and oral mucositis healing time compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively shorten the healing time and reduce pain of patients with oral mucositis induced by chemo-radiotherapy.
