护理本科生职业价值观与临床实践行为的相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlations between professional values and clinical practice behavior among undergraduate student nurses. Methods 〓Totally 82 full-time nursing students were investigated by 0occupational values of the scale and clinical practice behavior assessment scale. Results 〓The score of professional values of nursing undergraduate was(3.31±0.55)and clinical practice behavior was(3.32±0.73). The professional values was positively related to clinical practice behavior among undergraduate nursing students(γ=0.87,P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Professional values could influence clinical practice behavior of undergraduate student nurses.
