舒适护理联合健康教育在小儿手足口病感染预防控制中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care combined with health education on prevention and control of hand foot mouth disease(HFMD)infection in children.Methods The clinical data of 75 children with HFMD were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different nursing methods, 75 children were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=35). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was given comfort care combined with health education. The time of skin rash disappeared and the recovery time of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. The satisfaction degree of parents was assessed by using the self-made questionnaire.Results The overall efficiency rate was higher in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05). The time of skin rash disappeared and the recovery time were shorter in the observation group than those of control group(P<0.05). Parents from the observation group scored higher in assessment of nursing satisfaction compared with those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with HFMD, comfort care combined with health education is an important way in control and prevention of infection.
