电脑中频联合中药封包治疗糖尿病周围神经病变及中医护理配合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of computer medium-frequency electrotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods  Totally 82 patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were assigned to the observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received computer medium-frequency electrotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package and routine nursing care. The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out in the observation group. The primary outcomes include blood glucose level, TCM symptom score, ankle-brachial index, diabetic foot neuropathy screening scale, self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS). Results  The level of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with Patients in the control group, patients in the observation group had lower score in diabetic foot neuropathy screening scale and TCM symptom score, and higher ankle-brachial index(P<0.05). The SDS and SAS score in the observation group were lower than those of controls after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion  In treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with computer medium-frequency electrotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package, nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine is potentially effective way of improving function of nerve conduction and control the development of peripheral neuropathy.
