医护一体化合作在ICU院内转运中的应用体会

[摘要] Abstract：ICU patients need nosocomial transfer for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment. The safety of nosocomial transfer is an key issue to improve the rehabilitation of patients, it is also an indicator of hospital care and nursing quality. This study is aimed to review the application of doctor-nurse integrated cooperation in nosocomial transfer process for ICU patients. The cooperative measures in process identification, preparation before examination, vital sign monitoring during nosocomial transfer, nursing care after transfer were summarized and analyzed.
