2例非牧区布鲁氏菌感染致关节疼痛患者的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Brucellosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Brucella spp., with typical clinical symptoms including long-term fever, joint pain, splenomegaly and lymphadenovarix. This study is aimed to review the clinical data of 2 patients with joint pain caused by Brucella sp. Infection in non-pasturing areas, and to summarize relayed nursing management. Based on the assessment of medical history, the targeted drug administration, psychological intervention, pain control should be carried out, in order to relieve the negative emotion and pain degree of patients. Regular exercise training is also required for the rehabilitation of physical function.
