1例扁桃体癌患者放化疗后大出血的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：This paper summarized the nursing experience of massive hemorrhage after radio-chemotherapy for one patient with tonsil carcinoma. The tonsil hemorrhage was rescued and the disease status was observed based on a comprehensive assessment on the patient. And the psychological intervention was carried out. The oral mucosa protection plan was made through individualized nursing measures according to the situation of patients. The ultrasonic atomizing inhalating was carried out to promote drug absorption, accelerate the repair of oral mucosa. Moreover, modified oral rinse method instead of the general ones was used to keep the mouth clean. Ultimately bleeding and mucosal reaction were under control and radiotherapy was accomplished.
